Responsibilities:
• Manage end to end manufacturing quality control
• Build quality and food safety knowledge and awareness for QC assistant member and influence quality awareness to other manufacturing stakeholders (production, WH and ENG)
• Manage all related QC report and functional activity, including consumable management, capability assessment, resource scheduling and annual testing
• Manage effective collaboration among related stakeholders, especially Production Team, WH Team and QA Specialist to ensure day to day Food Protection area such GMP, Sanitation and Pest Control are supervised and managed.
• Lead Quality and Food Safety Issue Investigation and troubleshooting
• Lead innovation and continuous Improvement in Lab Capability including enhancing Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) by using technology and modernization.
• Lead FSQ+EHS Culture specifically in Laboratory Environment and generally in Manufacturing Area.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Food Sciences and Technology, Chemical Technology, Biotechnology, Agriculture or equivalent. Master’s Degree is an added advantage.
• At least 5 years of Quality Control and Quality Assurance experience in food industries from Multinational Company. Strong collaboration experience in larger group of organization, doing inter-department project or experience in organization are additional advantage.
• Having experience in Quality Module Experience in ERP System (SAP / Oracle)
• Having satisfactory result on various Proficiency Test (Microbiology, Physical – Chemical) with International Provider (like FAPAS) is an advantage
• Having experience to develop Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS)
• Possesses communication, influencing skills, collaborative and leadership skills. Also capable to think analytical, logical and critical.
• Ability to develop relationship, to interact with all level in highly diverse, multicultural environment and team working
• Proactive, independent, agile, meticulous and strong follow up skills
• Proficiency in English (both written and verbal) is required. Able to speak / write in Japanese is an added advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office
