Job Description
Leading the Quality Assurance Team
Organizing work schedules, task assignments, and supervising the daily activities of the QA team
Providing technical guidance and ensuring team members understand the applicable quality standards
Supervision of Quality Inspection Processes
Ensuring that testing or inspection procedures are carried out according to work instructions and SOPs
Implementation and Monitoring of Quality Systems
Implementing and ensuring compliance with quality management systems
Monitoring internal and external audit results, and following up on findings
Analysis and Reporting
Analyzing quality data such as reject rates, defect trends, and customer complaints
Preparing quality reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis for the department head
Handling Quality Issues (Problem Solving)
Addressing quality issues on the production line or from customers
Leading root cause analysis and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
Coordination with Related Departments
Coordinating with production, engineering, R&D, and logistics to align quality standards
Providing quality feedback to suppliers
Team Training and Development
Training new QA team members or those needing skill improvement
Evaluating QA team performance and providing coaching when necessary
Qualification
Minimum education D3 related major
Have a minimum of 3 years experience in the field of Quality Assurance Toy Industry
Fluent in English actively, Mandarin is preferred
