Job description:
\\-Create planning and supervise the activities of the QA/QC Department.
\\-Collect, process, and analyze data related to the activities of the QA/QC Department.
\\-Receive and take responsibility for Customer complaints.
\\-Communicate and coordinate with relevant departments to analyze Customer complaints and formalize the decisions into SOP.
\\-Supervise the calibration of measuring instruments.
\\-Report non\\-conformities to superiors.
\\-Prepare Weekly, Monthly, and Annual Quality reports.
\\-Control the progress of New Projects, Modifications, and Product Development within the Team.
\\-Determine the training needs of QA/QC members to improve employee qualifications.
\\-Ensure all processes run according to SOP.
\\-Ensure all Customer complaints have been addressed through Corrective Action/CPAR.
\\-Ensure all processes have an SOP.
\\-Understand SQAM/Customer Requirements, especially Quality Requirements, and socialize them to the QA/QC Team.
Requirement:
\\- Male, max 35 years old
\\- Education min. D3
\\- Working experience min. 4 years in QAQC at Fastener (Bolt/Nut) Mfg Company,
with latest position is leader
\\- Able to implement Quality Tools (TQM, Lean Six Sigma, CAPA, Kaizen, 5S)
\\- Hold certifications of ISO IATF 16949, ISO 9001
\\- Can communicate in Japanese, and hold JLPT N3
\\- Can drive, and hold SIM A \\& C
