Bachelor’s degree from any major. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in production or manufacturing operations. Strong understanding of SOP implementation in production activities. Good knowledge of quality control processes. Able to coordinate with cross-department teams effectively. Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills. Willing to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
