Responsibilities :

Understand the company's products thoroughly.
Translate technical details into consumer benefits.
Monitor and analyze market trends to position the product effectively.
Develop product marketing strategies (pricing, advertising, product launches).
Craft compelling messages for all marketing channels.
Collaborate with the marketing team (design, content, sales, etc.) to implement marketing strategies.
Evaluate projects based on established KPIs and feedback from customers and prospects.

Persyaratan Pekerjaan

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
Experience working as a Product Marketing , Brand Manager, or similar role spesification in Manufacturing Company.
Proven experience in launching and managing various go-to-market (GTM) programs, including webinars, trade shows, social media, content marketing, etc.
Proficiency in developing product marketing tactics, including strategy, customer research, competitive analysis, product requirements, messaging, pricing, etc.
Ability to lead, inspire, and mentor subordinates both directly and indirectly.
Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Familiar in Automotive manufacturing.
