Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business users to understand data and reporting needs, and translate them into clear product requirements.
- Work with cross -functional teams (business users, engineering, QA, and others) to conceptualize, develop, and deliver data -driven and analytics solutions.
- Develop and maintain the data integration platform, including ETL tools such as Talend, ODI, Pentaho, etc.
- Support the integration of various data sources into enterprise data warehouse systems.
- Implement and optimize data management processes to ensure high -quality and accurate reporting.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and technologies related to data analytics and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology/System, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and databases (Oracle, Postgre, Cloudera, Impala, Hive).
- Proficiency in visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker).
- Experience with Talend tools or similar ETL/data integration platforms.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to effectively engage both business and technical teams.
- Experience with agile methodologies and the product development lifecycle.
- Strong understanding of data analytics, regulatory reporting, and best practices in data management.
- Deep knowledge of data transformation processes, especially with ETL concepts (Extract, Transform, Load).
- Detail -oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of the banking industry is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or Business Analyst preferably in a banking company
