Accountable and responsible for developing product training materials to support training activities and ensure training material up to date, suitable for delivery training as well as the execution on time and according to the confirmed target. Responsible for supporting others area in terms of delivering training product operating method, Machine Application Study, etc. when needed. Responsible for supporting machine application study to find out about unit performance, competitor performance and product problems occurred at customer Site Area. Responsible for supporting training (NPI, GCI, SRDP) activity to deliver product operation method to customer and internal. Responsible for supporting marketing activity plan/ business plan to promoting activity (such as new product launching event, exhibition, Marketing program, etc.) in terms of product operation method to customers. Responsible for supporting safety training (Kimper license) liaise with SHE. Accountable and responsible for conducting in class and out class training including participant evaluation to determine the training result. Accountable and responsible for delivering training related to product operation method for new unit/ refresh training and application for customer/internal/front liner/Marketing staff to support Sales team as commitment to customer and deliver optimum
