Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Hunt for the potential clients.
  • Offer solutions to business partner needs through integrated JAS products/services.
  • Maintain relationships and secure contract renewals.
  • Broaden current B2B contract by up-sell with new products or services and widening nationwide coverage.
  • Coordinate with the operational team to ensure SLA deliveries meet committed service quality.
  • Collecting market information.
  • With the lead of the Business Acquisition Manager/Head, review the effectiveness of strategies development together with Corporate Planning & Strategy and Business Development team and propose the optimal alignment or transformation if needed.

Persyaratan Pekerjaan

  • Have an interest in the Financial and Budgeting concept.
  • Strong commercial acumen with conflict resolution skills.
  • Computer literate & fully proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Competences in taking initiatives, influencing, interacting, and a strong sense of confidentiality.
  • Ability to manage and drive a wide range of diverse issues.
  • Bachelor in Marketing, Management, Industrial Relationship, PR, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience in Matrix Organization is a plus.
