Mechanical Rotating Supervisor

Responsibility Monitor Mechanical Rotating work on construction site to be safe, meet quality requirement, and on-time Inspect material and equipment to adhere to safety and quality requirement Report the work progress to superior regularly Review Mechanical Rotating procedure and work method statement Participate in job hazard analysis meeting related to Mechanical Rotating work Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction, including coordinating with other supervisors, contractors, and superior as needed.

Qualifications Diploma/Bachelor Degree in major of Mechanical Engineering Minimum 7 years experience in preferably in EPC in Mechanical Rotating Engineering on Medium/ Large project. Strong knowledge and experience in the design, selection, installation, and operation of mechanical rotating equipment, including pumps, compressors, turbines, and associated systems. Profound knowledge about all international codes/standard like ASME, DIN, JIS, ANSI, ASTM. Familiarity with industry codes standard related to rotating equipment, such as API (American Petroleum Institute) standards and ISO (International Organization for Standardization) guidelines. Having strong understanding about design, operation of rotating machinery such as pump, agitator, compressor, generator. Trough knowledge on process involving design, selection, procurement, fabrication, installation, testing & commissioning of rotating services is required. Proven ability for equipment specification and selection and in ensuring compliance from the suppliers, preferably within an EPC contracting organization. Competent in Mechanical rotating protection methodologies with HAZOP experience. Fluent in english skills both spoken or written. Willing to work as contract based (1 year), and this position will be placed at site office project.
