- Strategizing for customer acquisition and retention marketing program.
- Organizing promotional strategies for both online and offline events.
- Establishing key performance indicators for offline events and social media strategies.
- Analyzing conversion rates and the effectiveness of promotions to determine what drive sales.
- Identifying potential new markets and creating a plan to enter the market.
- Brainstorming fresh advertising ideas with management.
Requirement :
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, advertising, marketing, or related field.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in social/digital media.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of marketing-related business practices, including advertising, market research, technology, and budgeting
- Demonstrated a history of planning successful product launches and events
- Attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and multitask at a fast pace.
