Job Description:

Monitor market developments that impact trading decisions and explore best practices in trading technology.
Utilize trading simulations to test and refine trading strategies.
Analyze financial data to identify potential trading opportunities.
Conduct research and evaluation of trading strategies based on historical data and market trends.
Participate in risk analysis related to trading activities.
Track and evaluate trading strategy performance through data and report.

Job Requirements

Final-year students or fresh graduates with a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or Actuarial Science (minimum GPA of 3.2).
Autonomous, self-driven, and able to manage tasks independently with minimal supervision.
Agile and adaptable, thriving in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
Strong expertise in statistical methods, financial modeling, and data analysis tools (Python, R, SQL, MATLAB is a plus).
90% of Gen Z mindset may face challenges in this role.
