Job Description
- Issue and manage problem-and-incident tickets
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance related to Network / Infrastructure / Data Center / IT Service Management
- Create daily, weekly, and monthly incident reports
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma Degree (D3), majoring in Information System or Information Technology
- At least 1 year experience in the field of Information System / Information Technology, preferably as a Service Desk Operator for Storage / Server / Application / IT Service Management
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP
- Ability to operate Cisco devices / Storage / Server
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Willing to work in shifts
- Willing to work on a contract basis
- Experience in Cloud Product and VMware
