Job Description



  • Issue and manage problem-and-incident tickets

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance related to Network / Infrastructure / Data Center / IT Service Management

  • Create daily, weekly, and monthly incident reports


Job Requirements



  • Minimum Diploma Degree (D3), majoring in Information System or Information Technology

  • At least 1 year experience in the field of Information System / Information Technology, preferably as a Service Desk Operator for Storage / Server / Application / IT Service Management

  • Strong knowledge of TCP/IP

  • Ability to operate Cisco devices / Storage / Server

  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills

  • Willing to work in shifts

  • Willing to work on a contract basis

  • Experience in Cloud Product and VMware


Job Type: Contract

Contract length: 12 months
