Infrastructure & Cloud: Lead and manage all infrastructure operations across on-premises and cloud environments. Develop and implement infrastructure strategies aligned with company growth and digital transformation goals. Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of servers, storage, and networks. Oversee cloud architecture design, migration projects, and cost optimization. Manage vendor relationships for hardware, software, and managed service providers. Cybersecurity & Compliance: Establish and enforce cybersecurity policies, procedures, and best practices. Monitor and respond to security incidents. Ensure compliance with internal and external standards (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR, PDPA). Coordinate security awareness training and audits. Business Solutions (Applications): Oversee implementation and continuous improvement of business applications (ERP, HRIS, POS, CRM, etc.). Work with business stakeholders to document workflow requirements. Evaluate and select application vendors. Lead system testing, UAT, and deployment. Leadership & Collaboration: Manage and mentor teams across Infrastructure and Business Solutions divisions. Prepare and manage budgets for infrastructure and applications. Report performance metrics to the Head of IT.
