Act as a strategic finance partner to the operations team by providing financial insights, cost planning support, and decision-making analysis. Monitor, and review operational budgets and rolling forecasts to ensure alignment with business targets. Monitor operational expenses, analyze cost variances, and recommend cost optimization initiatives while maintaining operational quality. Provide regular financial analysis and performance reports (OPEX, COGS, margin, productivity) to support management decision-making. Support procurement processes by reviewing vendor comparisons, pricing analysis, and cost justification to ensure value for money. Conduct financial feasibility analysis for operational projects and CAPEX proposals, including ROI, payback period, and cost-benefit analysis. Work closely with Accounting, Tax, Procurement, HC, and Operations teams to ensure smooth business processes and policy compliance. Ensure operational finance activities comply with company policies, internal control standards, and audit requirements.
