• Participate in the planning and informatization construction of IT infrastructure for new factories in Indonesia
• Responsible for the management and maintenance of network equipment
• Responsible for the management and maintenance of server systems
• Responsible for customer data storage, backup, and recovery
• Responsible for following up on the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers/printers/CCTV/access control equipment in various departments
• Assist department managers in selecting, purchasing, installing, and debugging customer computer equipment
• Provide IT advice, technical support, and training to various departments of clients
• Responsible for writing and maintaining relevant technical documents and operating manuals
• Provide reasonable suggestions for optimizing and improving IT operation and maintenance management based on the actual situation of the customer
• Execute the work tasks assigned by the leader
