Lead innovation process end to end in stage and gate NPD project management, from ideation (pipeline planning) until post launch review; Review innovation performance through project achievements and also NPD sales performance or sales contribution and action plans, monitor all milestones and stake holders to make sure all projects are delivered OTIF; Lead process for idea generation through market research to understand consumer needs, market trend and competition activities; Lead sensory testing from idea or concept test, pre launch product test to consumer, and post launch product test or acceptance by conducting internal data gathering and analysis or with agency if needed for NPD or existing product improvements; Lead sensory testing regularly for core products vs competitors to understand competitor improvements activities; Work closely with marketing and/or agency to understand UA/UX in consuming our products or our current category
