Teltonika Indonesia is currently looking for an ambitious and committed
HR Generalist
to join our growing team in Jakarta. This is an
individual contributor role
with no direct reports — perfect for someone who thrives in a hands -on HR position and has a strong passion for building employee experience, engagement, and culture.
In this position, you will be responsible for fostering a positive work environment through the implementation of employee engagement programs and the development of HR policies that align with both local and global standards. You will play a key role in enhancing employee experience, improving workplace culture, and ensuring policies support the company’s strategic goals.
In this role, you will:
- Design, implement, and drive
employee engagement programs
such as recognition initiatives, town halls, wellness activities, and internal communications to foster a positive workplace culture. - Review and update
HR policies and SOPs
, ensuring alignment with global HQ and Indonesian labor regulations (e.g., Kemenaker). - Manage the
full employee lifecycle
, including onboarding, offboarding, probation planning, and HR documentation using SAP SuccessFactors. - Handle
payroll and benefits processing
, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements. - Act as a
trusted advisor and culture ambassador
, identifying and resolving people issues with empathy and insight. - Collaborate with
department heads and global/regional HR teams
to align daily operations with strategic HR goals.
What we expect of you:
- At least 8 – 10 years of progressive HR working experience
, ideally as an HR Business Partner or in a generalist role with MNC exposure. - Strong background in driving
employee engagement programs, cultural initiatives, and internal communications. - Excellent interpersonal and relationship -building skills, able to connect with employees across levels and functions.
- In -depth knowledge of Indonesian Labour Law (e.g., UU No. 13 Tahun 2003, UU No. 11 Tahun 2020 ) and HR compliance standards.
- Ability to work independently and confidently in a fast -paced, multicultural environment.
- Proficient in English (spoken and written).
