Job Description Summary:

Responsible for developing and aligning the implementation of the overall Human Resource strategy

Job Description

  • Develop and align the implementation overall Human Resource strategy.
  • Implement human resources policies, programs and practices inclusive of planning, organization development, implementation, coordination, investigations, conflict resolution, learning and development and talent acquisitions in accordance with established guidelines, business needs, and sound administrative practices.
  • Act as the Advisor to the business unit leaders in all areas related to human resource management and also ensure flawless delivery of HR services in accordance to the needs of the business.
  • Engage employees and all the operating business units and functions within the company and act as the first point of contact for employees and their managers in relation to performance counseling, advice and resolution on a broad range of general human resources issues to ensure and to improve employee engagement satisfaction and retention rate.
  • Develop and implement an effective Succession Management and Career Development Plan and Program – Policy, Procedure and Process.

Persyaratan Pekerjaan

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role.
  • Strong understanding of HR functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and training and development.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with employees and management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify HR challenges and develop effective solutions.
