Partner with management to translate business plans into organization design, manpower planning, and workforce structure across multi-outlet retail operations. Lead end-to-end Human Capital and General Affairs functions, ensuring consistent HR policies, governance, and execution across head office and store locations. Develop and execute People Blueprint, including current & future organization structure, manpower projection, and succession readiness to support business growth. Drive long-term HR strategy and annual workforce planning, including budget ownership aligned with expansion and operational needs. Oversee talent acquisition, performance management, people development, reward systems, and succession planning, building strong pipelines from frontline to leadership roles. Lead HRIS implementation and people analytics, industrial & employee relations, and culture initiatives to support a productive, compliant, and data-driven retail workforce.
