We need more people like you: builders and owners with calculated ambition who are ready to #ElevateThroughImpact and raise Indonesia's software standard.Job Description:Gather client requirements and implement the systemProvide consultancy for a client on best practices in Performance Management Talent Management and RecruitmentCollaborate with clients to design and implement Performance Management ,Talent Management, and Recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goalsAct as a liaison between clients and internal technical teams to ensure successful delivery of solutionsAssist clients in setting up applications appropriate to client requirementsFacilitate workshops and training sessions for clients to enhance understanding and adoption of Performance Management, Talent Management, and Recruitment best practicesReport to the manager about client needs and problems regularly

Persyaratan Pekerjaan

Candidate must possess at least a Human Resource Management, Psychology, or equivalentAt least 1 year(s) of working experience handling Performance Management, Talent Management, or having experience in an HRIS companyRequired skill(s): Knowledgeable of People Development, Performance Management, Talent Management, Project ManagementGood analysisGood presentation skillComfortable with meeting clientsFast learner and independentHaving good interpersonal and teamwork skillsAble to work under pressure
