  • Go -to -Market (GTM) Strategy & Execution

  • Design and execute comprehensive GTM strategies for the company's internal products as well as custom solutions for B2B clients

  • Define product positioning, key messaging, and channel strategy to effectively reach target audiences (learners or corporate partners)

  • Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to align launch targets with revenue goals

  • Oversee the entire creative production lifecycle, from ideation and pre -production to post -production and final delivery

  • Provide creative direction to designers, copywriters, and videographers to maintain high visual standards and consistent brand voice

  • Ensure all creative output remains relevant to current education and technology trends

  • Translate clients' business needs into solution -oriented and visually compelling creative proposals

  • Develop persuasive pitch decks and present campaign ideas or learning solutions to prospective clients

  • Construct resource estimates and production budgets within proposals to ensure project profitability

  • Serve as the primary Point of Contact (PIC) for strategic clients regarding marketing and creative deliverables

  • Manage client expectations, gather feedback, and provide tactical solutions to any challenges arising during the project

  • Build long -term relationships to drive retention and identify upselling opportunities

  • Plan and manage the execution of educational events, ranging from webinars and workshops to large -scale offline conferences

  • Coordinate logistics, technical requirements, and event rundowns to ensure a seamless participant experience

  • Manage third -party vendors or agencies when necessary for large -scale event execution


Requirements



  • Experience: Minimum 4 -5 years of experience in Marketing, Creative Agency, or Product Marketing roles (experience in Edutech or Corporate Training industries is a strong plus)

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Design, Management, or a related field

  • Strategic & Creative: Ability to think strategically (data -driven) while possessing a sharp eye for aesthetics and storytelling

  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams with tight deadlines

  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Indonesian (crucial for presentations and copywriting)

  • Event Handling: Hands -on experience in organizing events (virtual and physical)
