We are seeking a talented and driven Growth Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Growth Manager at Luxehouze, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive customer acquisition, increase revenue, and maximize profitability. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities, optimize marketing campaigns, and enhance the overall customer experience. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of a luxury e-commerce brand. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement growth strategies to increase customer acquisition, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value. - Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends. - Optimize website performance, user experience, and conversion funnels to drive online sales. - Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and affiliate marketing. - Analyze data, metrics, and key performance indicators to track the effectiveness of growth initiatives and make data-driven decisions. - Work closely with the product and technology teams to identify and prioritize product enhancements and feature development that drive growth. - Identify and explore partnership opportunities to expand Luxehouze's reach and customer base. - Monitor industry trends, customer feedback, and market insights to identify areas for improvement and innovation.

Persyaratan Pekerjaan

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a managerial position within growth marketing, e-commerce, or a related field - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions. - Knowledge of digital marketing channels and tactics, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and affiliate marketing. - Experience with web analytics tools and data analysis platforms. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities. - Passion for luxury products and a good understanding of the luxury e-commerce market. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
