Responsibilities
We are a fast -growing parenting company with multiple product verticals and 13 + active marketing channels. We are looking for Junior Graphic Designers who can turn creative briefs into visually strong, consistent designs that perform across different platforms. Your work will directly shape how parents experience our brand every day.
What You’ll Own
- Produce high -quality, on -brand designs for digital, social, and offline channels.
- Adapt master concepts into multiple platform formats.
- Collaborate with copy, motion, and marketing teams for cohesive campaign execution.
- Deliver both original designs and adaptations of existing creative assets.
- Ensure all assets meet technical specifications and are production -ready.
What Success Looks Like (6–12 Months)
- Improved quality and quantity of design outputs.
- Strong visual consistency across all marketing channels.
- Timely delivery of assets with minimal errors or rework.
- Positive feedback from internal stakeholders on clarity and brand alignment.
