- Invoice Processing: Oversight of all GA invoices for accuracy and timely submission to support financial operations.
- Administrative Duties: Handling correspondence, minutes, internal memos, and daily administrative reports.
- Procurement & Asset Management: Managing procurement and asset administration.
- Community/Event Management: Organizing community and event activities, including logistics, venue preparation, and rental payments.
- Meeting Room Coordination: Booking management, ensuring resources are available, and facilitating smooth logistics for meetings.
- Managing parking registration, ID cards, lanyards, name cards.
- Providing board flowers, standing flowers, fruit packages, and baby birth packages (if any) for all eligible employees and partners.
Requirement :
- Bachelor's degree from any major.
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience as a GA Administrator.
- Familiarity with basic technical aspects of GA.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint for creating basic reports.
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
- Proactive with effective time management and multitasking abilities.
- Experience in organizing office events is preferred.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin is advantageous.
