Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor Degree all majors
- Min. relevant experience for 3 years in the company’s General Affair to assist all departments and manage all operations that run it the company
- Under 35 years old
- Strong Leadership, wide networking and good interpersonal skill
- Bachelor’s degree in any field, fluent in English verbal and written
- Have broad knowledge and experience in expat permit, company legal document permit and renewal
- Easily build, have strong relationship and can communicate well with government agencies
Job Descriptions:
- Control and share the work of all teams in the General Affair (staff, receptionist, security and office boy)
- Managing existing operation on PT TIN Jogja Office
- Control in & out of Paty Cash General Affair
- Control office Jogja, car loan shop, collection ruko, apartment (inventory, electricity, internet, wate, storage of goods, etc)
- Reviewing and tidying up the General Affair SOP
- Coordinating and managing documents for Management Building, Apartment Domicile, Access, etc
- Controlling & handling all ITAS document (PT TIN), (From: RPTKA notification, DPKK, PNDP, telex, ITas Online)
- Manage all documents (personal documents for KITAS applications)
- Manage and update monthly TIN seat report
- Coordination with BD and vendor PIC for seat report
- Coordinattion with IT for prepare new project or seat deduction
- Ensure for day to day TIN facility are well maintained
- Coordination with Engineer, Procurement, Admin & Translator for day to day activities
