What You Will Do:
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for management and stakeholders.
- Manage and supervise financial planning, analysis, and reporting processes to ensure accuracy and transparency.
- Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to support company objectives and optimize financial performance.
- Monitor cash flow, financial transactions, and accounting activities to ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze financial data and performance metrics to provide insights and recommendations to senior management for decision-making.
- Lead financial audits and tax filings, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Manage relationships with financial institutions, investors, and other stakeholders to support financing and capital investment activities.
- Mentor and develop finance team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
What you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (6-10 years) as a Finance Manager or similar role in the automotive industry, demonstrating a strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
- Solid knowledge of financial reporting standards, budgeting processes, and financial analysis techniques.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across departments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
- Proficiency in financial management software and ERP systems.
