As an Event Production Intern, you will support the end-to-end preparation and execution of company events, from pre-event planning to on-site handling. You will assist in coordinating with vendors and internal teams, preparing event materials, and ensuring smooth event flow. You will also help monitor timelines, troubleshoot minor issues, and support post-event documentation and evaluation. Job Description: Assist in understanding requirements for each event and supporting pre-event preparation. Support the planning and execution of company events (workshops, training sessions, internal events, etc.), primarily on weekdays. Help coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure all logistical needs are met. Assist in preparing event materials, rundown, and operational checklists. Be involved in on-site event handling, ensuring smooth execution and timely flow of activities. Support monitoring of event timelines and help troubleshoot minor issues during execution. Conduct post-event documentation and assist in evaluation/recap reports. Maintain attention to detail and support the team in delivering high-quality event experiences.
