Responsibilities
- As a part of the Employer Branding and Internal Communications team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive employer branding strategies especially for field officers that resonate with our values and business objectives.
- Craft authentic and engaging content that showcases our company culture, achievements, and the unique stories of our employees across various platforms.
- Manage and curate our Tiktok presence to attract and captivate potential candidates, leveraging platforms effectively to enhance our employer brand.
- Organize and actively participate in events, job fairs, and industry conferences, presenting opportunities to elevate our brand visibility and attract top talent.
- Manage all data related to hiring marketing strategies and generate regular reports to monitor the effectiveness of these strategies.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, marketing, and leadership, ensuring a consistent and impactful employer brand across all touchpoints.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in employer branding, marketing, or internal communications (Exposure to field operations or relevant industry experience is advantageous).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey the employer brand message.
- Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in digital marketing, including social media platforms like TikTok, and others relevant to the target audience.
- Proven ability to create authentic and engaging content that effectively communicates company culture and values.
- Experience in organizing and participating in events, job fairs, and conferences to promote employer branding initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to manage and interpret data related to employer branding initiatives. Familiarity with metrics and analytics tools for performance assessment.
- Willingness to travel as needed to cover all Amartha points based on organizational requirements.
