Digital Strategist Lead.
Work Location:
Alam Sutera, Tangerang.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, Digital Media, or related field
- 5–7 years of experience in digital marketing strategy, with proven success in ad strategy, content development, and KOL/influencer strategy
- Strong analytical mindset with hands -on experience in data interpretation, performance tracking, and conversion funnel optimization
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team and drive cross -functional collaboration
- Experience working closely with eCommerce, Sales, and Brand teams to ensure alignment of digital initiatives with business goals
- Proficient in digital tools and platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, social media platforms, influencer marketing tools, etc.)
- In -depth understanding of digital customer journeys, media planning, and omnichannel integration
- Creative problem -solver with strategic thinking and a passion for innovation in the digital space
Job Responsibilities
- Digital Strategy Development:
Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies (including ads, content, and KOL) aligned with brand and business goals; ensure consistency across platforms and channels. - Cross -Functional Campaign Execution:
Collaborate with eCommerce, Sales, and Brand teams to plan and execute integrated digital campaigns; manage timelines, deliverables, and performance KPIs. - Performance Monitoring & Optimization:
Analyze campaign performance and digital metrics (e.g., CTR, CPA, ROAS); provide strategic insights and make data -driven decisions to optimize campaigns and digital initiatives. - Market & Competitor Analysis:
Conduct digital trend tracking, market analysis, and competitor benchmarking to identify opportunities and stay ahead in the digital landscape. - Innovation & Experience Enhancement:
Develop innovative features and digital experiences to improve customer journey, enhance online engagement, and support brand leadership in the digital space. - Data Strategy & Personalization:
Design and execute data acquisition strategies; leverage analytics, consumer research, and content strategy to build customer personas and drive hyper -personalized experiences. - Digital Ecosystem Management:
Ensure cohesive end -to -end customer journey across all digital touchpoints by collaborating with cross -channel teams and optimizing within the digital ecosystem. - Trend Monitoring & Social Listening:
Utilize social listening tools and analytics platforms to capture consumer sentiment, detect emerging trends, and inform strategic planning. - Team & Project Leadership:
Lead digital projects and guide team members in executing strategy; manage agency partners and ensure timely, quality delivery of digital assets and campaigns.
