Currently,
we’re looking for a
Data Analyst / Data Engineer
who is passionate about turning marketing and platform data into powerful insights to drive campaign performance, audience growth, and business impact.


What You’ll Do:



  • Lead data analytics initiatives to support TikTok Go marketing, creator, and live commerce strategies

  • Develop and refine analytics frameworks for
    TikTok campaigns, creator performance, customer segmentation, and funnel analysis

  • Build and maintain dashboards and automated reports to track
    TikTok Go KPIs
    , marketing ROI, and growth metrics

  • Partner closely with
    marketing, creator management, and product teams
    to define success metrics and optimization strategies

  • Analyze
    user acquisition, retention, engagement, and conversion
    across TikTok channels

  • Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure data availability, accuracy, and integrity

  • Present clear, actionable insights and recommendations to leadership and business stakeholders


What We’re Looking For:



  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field

  • 4 + years of experience
    in data analytics, data engineering, or related roles, preferably in
    digital marketing, performance marketing, or high -growth tech

  • Strong
    SQL
    skills and experience with BI tools (Lark Base, Power BI, Tableau, Redash, or similar)

  • Experience with cloud data platforms such as
    BigQuery or Snowflake
    (
    GCP preferred
    )

  • Familiarity with
    marketing attribution models
    , funnel analysis, and customer lifecycle analytics

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into business and campaign insights

  • Fluent in
    English
