Currently,
we’re looking for a
Data Analyst / Data Engineer
who is passionate about turning marketing and platform data into powerful insights to drive campaign performance, audience growth, and business impact.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead data analytics initiatives to support TikTok Go marketing, creator, and live commerce strategies
- Develop and refine analytics frameworks for
TikTok campaigns, creator performance, customer segmentation, and funnel analysis - Build and maintain dashboards and automated reports to track
TikTok Go KPIs
, marketing ROI, and growth metrics - Partner closely with
marketing, creator management, and product teams
to define success metrics and optimization strategies - Analyze
user acquisition, retention, engagement, and conversion
across TikTok channels - Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure data availability, accuracy, and integrity
- Present clear, actionable insights and recommendations to leadership and business stakeholders
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field
- 4 + years of experience
in data analytics, data engineering, or related roles, preferably in
digital marketing, performance marketing, or high -growth tech - Strong
SQL
skills and experience with BI tools (Lark Base, Power BI, Tableau, Redash, or similar) - Experience with cloud data platforms such as
BigQuery or Snowflake
(
GCP preferred
) - Familiarity with
marketing attribution models
, funnel analysis, and customer lifecycle analytics - Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into business and campaign insights

English
