The Opportunity:


This role offers high ownership with a direct impact on product growth, member engagement, and commercial performance, while working cross -functionally with Product, Commercial, and Data Engineering teams, and providing the opportunity to shape analytics standards, metric definitions, and scalable reporting foundations across the organization.


What You Will Do:



  • Own end -to -end analytics delivery: from data exploration and SQL analysis to dashboarding and clear executive -ready storytelling.

  • Maintain and improve recurring monthly reporting for Product and Commercial performance (accuracy, consistency, and on -time delivery).

  • Build and maintain key product and business funnels (e.g., in -app transactions, class booking funnels, feature usage funnels) and track conversion performance.

  • Deliver segmentation and cohort analysis to understand member behavior and identify opportunities to improve engagement and retention.

  • Support product experimentation by producing impact readouts using agreed methodology (e.g., A/B test analysis, before -and -after evaluation with clear assumptions).

  • Work closely with Data Engineering to ensure trusted datasets, consistent metric definitions, and reliable dashboards.

  • Partner with Product, UX, Commercial, and Operations stakeholders for ad -hoc analysis and insight generation; translate business questions into structured analysis plans.

  • Provide recommendations based on data findings, and help monitor execution outcomes through clear success metrics.


What We Need:



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields (or equivalent practical experience).

  • 4 + years experience in Data Analyst / Business Intelligence / Product Analytics roles.

  • Strong SQL skills and ability to work with large datasets and event -based data.

  • Hands -on experience with BI tools (Looker Studio / Tableau / Power BI or similar) and building dashboards that stakeholders actually use.

  • Experience producing structured reports for senior stakeholders (clear narrative, key insights, and action recommendations).

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; structured, detail -oriented, and comfortable working cross -functionally.

  • Nice to have: experience with experimentation analysis (A/B testing), product analytics tracking (e.g., GA4/event tables), and basic Python for analysis.
