Monitor and optimize the performance of customer experience systems Design and lead the QA framework for all problem resolution in the company. Monitor and optimize the trouble shooting guide including the automation for all problem types experienced by the customer.

Persyaratan Pekerjaan

At least 3 years experience in developing customer-related system, managing the deployment of customer-related system, or managing the omni channel Experienced in ISP or Fin-Tech Industry that rely on online transaction Strong capability in data analysis, SQL, and BI tools (Tableau) Good understanding of QA in customer service (QA process, calibration, compliance).
