PT. Sinotrans CSC Indonesia, a leading freight forwarding company, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Custom Brokerage Specialist to join our team. This position is outsourced through a third\-party agency but you will be working directly under the supervision of PT. Sinotrans CSC Indonesia at our office location.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customs clearance processes for import and export shipments
- Prepare and process import/export documentation accurately and timely
- Coordinate with customs officials, shipping lines, and other related parties
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations and procedures
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Provide excellent customer service
Requirements:
Must possess a valid PPJK certificate
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
Fluent in English
- Strong understanding of customs regulations and procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
