At PT Finex Bisnis Solusi Futures, we are a licensed and certified brokerage firm committed to transparency, client trust, and continuous growth. As our client base expands, we’re inviting passionate and service -driven individuals to join our Customer Service Support team in Tebet, South Jakarta.
Position: Customer Service Support
Work Setup: WFO
Qualifications:
- Min. D3/S1 in any major (fresh graduates welcome)
- 0–1 year experience in Customer Service (fintech, banking, insurance, or financial services is a plus)
- WPB certified is an advantage
- Tech -savvy, fast typing, and excellent communication skills
- Strong service mindset; English proficiency is a great plus
- Willing to work in rotating shifts (including evenings, weekends, and public holidays)
