Job Qualifications :
Minimum bachelor degree (S1 ) in any major
Have experience as CS in banking for at least 2 years
Able to work in a team and individually
Have good communication skills and like the service sector
Able to work under pressure

Providing information to customers & non -customers regarding bank products and services
Providing services to customers related to opening savings, cash deposits, customer transfers, savings accounts, etc
Carry out customer due diligence (identification and verification of customer data) in the context of implementing KYC
Handle and deal with customer -related complaints
Carrying out cross selling banking products
