  • Customer Segmentation: Analyze and categorize customer data to create targeted segments that enable personalized marketing and enhance engagement across different customer groups.
  • Customer Retention and Loyalty: Develop and manage loyalty programs and retention strategies aimed at strengthening customer relationships, increasing repeat purchases, and boosting overall satisfaction.
  • Customer Insight: Use data analytics to derive actionable insights on customer preferences, behaviors, and trends. Leverage these insights to inform marketing strategies and optimize customer experiences.
  • Customer Journey Mapping & Experience Enhancement: Map the customer journey across all touchpoints, identifying areas for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience, ensuring a seamless, engaging journey with our brand.

Persyaratan Pekerjaan

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in CRM, customer engagement, or related roles, preferably in retail or fashion industries.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data segmentation, customer journey mapping, and deriving actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with loyalty program management and retention strategies.
  • Advanced knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and proficiency in Excel.
  • A passion for creating personalized, meaningful customer experiences.
