About Role

We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Creative - Production Specialist to join our innovative Production Department 2. This pivotal role involves transforming visionary concepts into compelling visual and experiential content. You will be at the forefront of crafting engaging narratives and high-quality assets that resonate with our audience across diverse platforms. Key Responsibility

  • Develop, conceptualize, and execute a wide range of creative content, including but not limited to video, motion graphics, digital design, and interactive experiences, from brief to final delivery.
  • Manage and oversee the end-to-end production process for assigned projects, ensuring timely completion, adherence to brand guidelines, and maintenance of exceptional quality standards.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (marketing, product, other creative teams) to understand project objectives and translate them into effective and innovative creative solutions.
  • Actively participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing fresh ideas and innovative approaches to push creative boundaries.
  • Optimize content for various platforms and distribution channels, ensuring maximum impact and engagement.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in creative production to continuously enhance output and efficiency.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks on all produced materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand voice and visual identity.

Persyaratan Pekerjaan

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field, equivalent professional experience with a strong portfolio will also be considered.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in creative production, preferably within an advertising agency, marketing department, or media production house.
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) is essential.
  • Demonstrable experience in conceptualizing, designing, and producing high-quality visual and motion graphic content across various platforms (digital, social media, print, video).
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, layout, and branding guidelines.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts effectively and work seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
  • A compelling online portfolio showcasing diverse creative work, demonstrating conceptual thinking, technical proficiency, and a keen eye for detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with 3D rendering software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender) or advanced motion graphics techniques.
  • Familiarity with UX/UI principles and experience in designing digital interfaces or interactive content.
  • Basic understanding of video production workflows, including camera operation, lighting, and audio recording.
  • Knowledge of current creative trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging technologies in content creation.
  • Experience in leading small creative projects or mentoring junior team members.
  • Ability to think strategically about brand objectives and translate them into impactful creative solutions.
