Tentang Anak is a fast -growing parenting company in Indonesia, with product lines across nutrition, personal care and intellectual property. We’re looking for a Creative Manager to elevate the quality and impact of our marketplace visuals. Your work will directly influence click -through rates and sales performance across our key online stores.
What You’ll Own
- Creative Direction & Quality Control: Lead concepting and execution of all key visuals for Tentang Anak eCommerce (Shopee, Tokopedia, and other online storefronts) ensure all output is visually compelling, high -converting, and on -brand.
- Team Management & Prioritization: Manage 2–3 designers, align on priorities, set OKRs, monitor productivity, and provide actionable feedback that grows team capabilities.
- Cross -Functional Alignment: Collaborate closely with Commerce, Brand, and Growth teams to clarify briefs, agree on creative strategy, and respond quickly to shifting promotions.
- Workflow Optimization & SLA Delivery: Ensure that all creative requests meet our speed benchmarks: 2 days (basic output), 7 days (intermediate output), and 10 days (advanced, new and complex request).
- Testing, Learning, and Reporting: Implement and track creative experiments to understand what visuals drive better conversions; document insights and share learnings regularly.
Requirements
You’re a Fit If
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a creative designer with leadership exposure managing team member
- You combine artistic taste with commercial instincts—you understand what makes people click and buy.
- You’ve led small creative teams and know how to set priorities, coach talent, and move fast without burning out.
- You’re comfortable with changes. You take initiative, ask questions, and figure things out quickly.
