Job Description :
- Develop and communicate the creative ideas and strategies for social media contents and campaigns (Tiktok, Instagram, etc), ensuring alignment with client needs and business goals.
- Lead brainstorming and ideation process with creative team members.
- Monitoring the creative process from concept to execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards.
- Stay up-to-date with trends to develop quality of creative ideas.
- Review and critique creative work, providing constructive feedback to team members and ensuring all output meets the established standards of quality.
Qualification :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in creative (preferable from creative/digital agencies).
- Experience directly leading and influencing a team of content creator/videographer will be plus.
- Highly creative, collaborative and up to date with trends
- Multitasking skills
- Great analytical abilites on social media performance and insight
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members
