This role is crucial for:
Driving new client acquisition efforts through proactive outreach and strategic engagement,
Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business,
Supporting overall revenue growth and the company’s market expansion initiatives.
Task & Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential B2B clients in target segments to drive new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute client acquisition strategies, including presentations, negotiations, and follow -ups.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.
- Prepare tailored proposals and coordinate with internal teams to fulfill client requirements.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets, including both revenue and new client acquisition KPIs.
- Coordinate with internal departments (product, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth end -to -end service.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales pipeline, deal status, and client feedback.
Requirements:

. Experience in Fintech, E -commerce, or SaaS is highly preferred. - Minimal Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in account management, sales, or business development, preferably in B2B or corporate sectors.
- Understanding of the voucher ecosystem (Closed -loop vs. Open -loop cards, digital delivery methods, and breakage/redemption logic)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship -building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
