Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in content writing or a similar role, preferably in the beauty or FMCG industry, brand environments, or creative agencies
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field
- Proficient in content creation across multiple platforms (website, social media, blogs, and campaigns)
- Strong copywriting, storytelling, and editorial skills with a keen eye for brand voice and audience engagement
- Ability to conduct market research and translate insights into impactful content strategies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a creative and detail -oriented mindset
- Willing to work from the office (WFO) at our Alam Sutera location
Job Responsibilities:
- Content Strategy & Planning:
Develop content strategies aligned with brand objectives, product launches, and marketing campaigns, particularly within the beauty and FMCG industries. - Content Creation & Copywriting:
Write engaging, clear, and persuasive content for digital platforms including social media, blogs, websites, newsletters, and campaign materials. - Brand Voice & Storytelling:
Maintain a consistent tone of voice and storytelling style that resonates with target audiences and strengthens brand identity. - Collaboration & Coordination:
Work closely with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure content aligns with overall brand strategy and campaign goals. - Performance Monitoring & Optimization:
Track content performance metrics and optimize strategies to improve reach, engagement, and conversion.
