We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individuals in Logistics Sales, Account Management, Business Development or other similar roles to join our team. This role will be responsible for client accounts, ensuring smooth logistics operations, and fostering strong client relationships.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their logistics needs and provide effective solutions.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
Monitor shipments to ensure they are in compliance with regulations and meet client's expectations.
Resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the logistics process.
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services to clients.
Prepare and present regular reports on account status, performance metrics, and upcoming opportunities or challenges.
Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in sales, communications, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, sales, and/or business development role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of transportation regulations and industry standards.
