About This Role The Brand Officer will be responsible for executing brand strategies, managing campaigns, and strengthening our brand presence in local and regional markets. The ideal candidate has a strong background in brand or product management particularly in the FMCG sector and thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Duties and Responsibilities: Support the development and execution of brand strategies to drive awareness, market share, and consumer engagement. Manage and execute 360-degree marketing campaigns across digital, social, in-store, and traditional media channels. Conduct market analysis, track competitor activity, and monitor consumer behavior to inform brand decisions. Ensure consistent brand positioning and messaging across all consumer touchpoints. Collaborate closely with sales, trade marketing, and R&D teams to align branding with commercial objectives. Monitor and report on campaign performance and ROI, making data-driven recommendations for improvement. Assist in new product development and packaging innovation aligned with brand objectives.
