Requirements
• Degree in marketing or a related field
• Proven working experience as Brand Manager or Associate Brand Manager
• Proven ability to brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives
• Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns
• Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
• Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind
• Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers
• Outstanding communication skills
• Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices

Job Descriptions
• Prepare and develop product and sales concept according to Brand
• Develop and implement brand strategies to enhance our market presence and drive sales
• Analyze market trends and customer feedback
• Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to meet objectives
• Evaluate the implementation of promotional strategies in relation to overall sales achievements as well as focused products
• Work closely with sales and distribution teams to ensure brand consistency and effective product placement
• Manage brand budget and ensure cost-effective marketing spend
• Be technically responsible for all offline and online promotional activities
