This position is responsible to strategically achieve and drive sales growth within Balikpapan, East Kalimantan area through the effective execution of promotion, visibility, and distribution initiatives. Operating within defined area parameters, the role aims to achieve sales target objectives while fostering strong distribution management and empowering the field team to deliver optimal performance. Danone's mission is bringing health through food to as many people as possible.

Persyaratan Pekerjaan

Bachelor in any Major (Management/Technical/Social Science, etc); Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in Field Sales; Proven leadership and supervisory skills; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders; Strong negotiation and communication skills; Ability to manage budgets and financial planning; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
