What Will You Do
- Lead the onboarding and management of affiliate partners and KOLs across different tiers and industry categories.
- Expand and maintain a strong database of active affiliates and creators, building long-term partnerships.
- Negotiate partnership terms and manage budgets for affiliate and KOL campaigns.
- Strategize, develop, and execute affiliate marketing programs to drive brand awareness and sales.
- Handle end-to-end campaign administration, including creating agreements, quotations, invoices, and processing affiliate/KOL payments.
- Work cross-functionally with Brand, Performance, and Creative teams to optimize affiliate performance and ensure campaign success.
- Develop compelling campaign storylines and short video concepts tailored to platform and brand needs.
- Monitor content execution by affiliates/KOLs to ensure alignment with creative briefs.
- Track and analyze performance metrics (weekly, monthly, quarterly), generating actionable insights and reporting results to internal teams.
