Follow up new customers to set training schedules. Conduct training sessions with Activation specialists (via online / google meet). Prepare the BAST documentation for Go Live projects. Observe the day-to-day usage of the product (feature adoption). Assist the Manager of After-sales with ad-hoc projects.
