Coordinate the implementation of accounting work programs in accordance with company policies. Ensure that departmental expenses comply with the Chart of Accounts (CoA). Provide guidance, supervision, and performance evaluations to subordinates. Evaluate and analyze the accounting system implementation to provide input for financial systems and business strategies. Direct and optimize the function and performance of the accounting unit and department, including improving accounting HR performance. Conduct audits, inventory checks, and accounts receivable reviews in coordination with relevant departments and regulations. Ensure VAT reporting is accurate and compliant with current regulations. Ensure annual income tax (PPh) reporting is accurate and compliant with regulations. Ensure monthly reporting for PPh 23, PPh Article 4(2), and PPh 25 is accurate and compliant with regulations.
