Key Responsibilities:
· Act as the main point of contact between clients and team
· Understand client requirements
· Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
· Manage client accounts and maintain long -term relationships
· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of IT services
· Ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns promptly
Requirements / Skills:
· Minimum 2 years of work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager in IT Solutions or Services company
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Having experience in IT Staffing/Resourcing business preferred Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities
· Problem -solving and negotiation skills
· Experience in account management or IT -related roles
· Basic understanding of SLAs, IT service management, and project coordination
