Job Description: Manage end-to-end product renewal and expansion to existing SMB clients. Work closely with internal team to create and execute marketing campaigns to boost product expansion & renewal. Conduct product demonstrations to existing clients if necessary. Continually gather feedback from our clients, then work directly with our product team to provide input on the product roadmap. Handle administrative duties e.g. the renewal emails, quotations, invoices, and weekly report.
